Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

If you have questions or concerns about your order please contact us.

Merchandise is typically made to order with limited quantities already stocked.  Orders will usually ship within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order (business days are considered Monday-Friday).

Our lead times may vary approaching a holiday or sale.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total cost of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Summer Heat & Winter Shipping


Here at JayScents Candle Co., we do everything we can to ensure that your wax products arrive at you perfectly in the hot summer months. However, USPS will not reimburse for melted candles or wax melts. With that in mind, please understand that JayScents will not be held liable for melted products. Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but that we do everything we can to wrap and package your goodies to withstand the warmer temps.  If it is cold, let items warm-up before using them.

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time.

Return & Exchange Policy

How To Return An Item

We do not accept returns of damaged items. If you receive your order damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days of order receipt.

If the product is damaged, JayScents provides USPS Insurance. To replace a damaged product, we will need a photo of the Shipping Box it was delivered in, showing the address label, photos Showing Damage to the shipping box if the box is damaged. We also need a photo of the damaged product or products to Issue a replacement product.  Photos should be sent to J2Companies@outlook.com.

Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. No Exceptions!  J2Companies@outlook.com

If you contact us stating that you did not receive your order and the tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order, you will need to contact your local post office to find your missing mail that shows as being delivered. Please email us with any questions, J2Companies@outlook.com.

If you are unhappy with your product or it is not burning properly please contact customer service within 14 days of order receipt.

Exchanges

Although it's hard to imagine you'd want to return a JayScents Candle Co product, we understand that sometimes things just don't turn out the way we expect. If our product(s) does not meet your expectations, let us know by sending an email to J2Companies@outlook.com.

Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.  We will discuss with you the option for a replacement.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may exchange your candle for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, there will be a 25% Processing Fee to Cancel the Placed Order. We will not refund the shipping cost. We can not cancel shipped items.
